Red and green LED indicators are both lit up. What does this mean?

Red and green lights together indicates reversed polarity, so you should locate another power source. Download the SoftStartUp mobile app to see device information while under load, this will assist with locating the issue.

The 2 lights being lit also means open ground since generators are not bonded. Our unit will still work fine with the generator not be bonded. You can install the the bonding plug and it will turn off the lights and show everything is correct.
